Returns for Unused, Unaltered Products:

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products that are returned in their original packaging, complete with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories. If your purchase involves clothing items they must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for return.

Defective Products (Excluding Guns):

In the case of defective products (excluding guns), we will accept returns with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. However, please note that guns, including Factory New Guns, should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Used, obsolete, and military surplus guns are sold as-is without any express or implied warranty and cannot be returned. Guns that are refused by the FFL dealer or cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to safety considerations, legal/regulatory restrictions, and hygiene concerns, the following items may not be returned:

  • Ammunition
  • Guns, Actions, and/or Lower Receivers
  • Gun Powder
  • Primers
  • Pistol Braces
  • Products that require fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition).

Direct Shipments from Suppliers:

In some cases, products that are shipped directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier.

Warranty and Non-Returnable Requests:

For warranty issues or return requests that do not meet our return policy criteria, please contact the supplier directly. If you require assistance, do not hesitate to contact us and our team will be pleased to assist you.

Shipping Information:

Most shipments leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days. However, please note that during times of high order volume, it may take longer to process and ship orders. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such periods.

At Kansas Arms Supply, LLC, we aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them on regular business days (Monday through Friday). However, occasional delays may be unavoidable. Generally, you should allow 7 to 10 business days for regular ground delivery. We utilize reliable carriers such as UPS ground, FedEx, or U.S. Mail, depending on your location. Expedited delivery options are available upon request. For shipping, please provide your complete street address, as FedEx, or UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please note that hazardous materials, loaded ammunition, aerosols, and flammable liquids are shipped by ground only. We reserve the right to change the carrier as needed.

Purchase Restrictions:

Kansas Arms Supply, LLC offers products that may be subject to federal, state, or local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these laws before making a purchase, as violating a statute is your responsibility. Under Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922 (D) (1)-(9), persons with legal disabilities are restricted from purchasing certain products. To purchase ammunition, reloading products, powder, and knives, you must be at least 21 years of age.

Shipping Requirements for Hazardous Materials:

A Hazmat fee per shipping box will be applied to all powder and primer shipments. The Hazmat fee is $24.00 for UPS and $29.00 for FedEx (with a FedEx signature required upon delivery). You can choose the carrier at checkout. Hazardous Materials require an adult signature for delivery, and identification may be required at delivery to confirm age. If the package is not delivered after three attempts or is refused, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, including the Hazmat fee. Hazardous Materials cannot be returned.

Other Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship ammo to California or New York
  • We do not ship firearms to California
  • We do not ship firearms that have a magazines capacity greater than 10 rounds capacity or magazines with capacity greater than 10 rounds to the states of RI, NJ, WA, CA, or OR.
  • All other state restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer to follow.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are available at the checkout page and apply to the lower 48 states only. For any shipping-related questions, please contact our customer service number. Quantities may be limited.

Orders for Pickup:

If you prefer to pick up your order, it can be arranged. We recommend calling ahead to ensure your order is ready and waiting when you arrive.

Special Orders:

All special orders must be prepaid, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations for special orders.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to applicable states and will be displayed during checkout if required.
